Technological readiness regarding telecare software in German speaking countries

We plan to carry out this sociological research in close coordination with the Private Medical University (PMU, Institute for Nursing Science). Our aim is to provide findings on four main research areas:
Technology Acceptance: views towards new technologies in the care sector in German speaking countries
Technology Adaptation: the culture-specific views of caregivers and the elderly towards telecare plattforms
Technological readiness: analysing socio-structural differences in views of technological advancements concerning the elderly
Technology review: elaborating on the results combining different methodological perspectives
