Abstract

To identify proteins and enzymes in lily pollen, total RNA was isolted from pollen of Lilium longiflorum Thunb. at various states during germination ranging from 0 to 120 min in germination medium. mRNA was purified from the pooled RNA preparations, transcribed to cDNA and a normalized cDNA library was sequenced (Illumina HiSeq2000, BGI Genomics)
