Description

From October 18th to 20th, 2023, the seminar "Islands, seas, tourism, borders" was held at the University of the Balearic Islands (Spain). The idea of the seminar is twofold: a) to create a space for interdisciplinary dialogue about insular and maritime realities and, b) to offer an exchange opportunity for international students. The sessions will be held in Catalan, Spanish and English. We also offer students the opportunity to attend to simultaneous sessions of the studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters (Philosophy, Geography, History, History of Art, English Studies, Spanish Language and Literature, Catalan Language and Literature and Social Work).
Registration is free and will be open until June 15th for international and Spanish students and researchers. It includes access to all activities and field visits.
