Description
Im Rahmen des Projekts wird das Instrument zur Evaluation psychischer Belastungen im Homeoffice "Work Design Comic – Working from Home (WDC-WfH)" weiterentwickelt. Konkret werden Abbildungen für die Ergebnisdarstellung erarbeitet und die Faktorstruktur mit dem Ziel einer Item-Reduktion der Skala "Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften" überprüft.
