Description

The main goal of the project “Building excellence in research of human-environmental systems with geospatial and Earth observation technologies” (geo_smart) is to enhance existing research capacity and stimulate scientific excellence in the Institute of Geography and Spatial Management (IGSM ), Jagiellonian University (JU) in studying human-environmental systems (HES) of the Anthropocene, along variety of urban-rural-marginal gradients and at various spatial and temporal scales, using tools and data available through Earth observation and geospatial technologies.
