Description

1. Develop new and innovative doctoral courses and methodologies, supporting continuing professional development on the applications in geoinformatics
2. Build enhanced ICT-based learning and research environment, strengthening the relations between higher educational institutions (HEI) and research institutions (RI)
3. Enhance scientific level of academic and research staff at UZ partner universities in the field of geoinformatics
4. Orientate UZ scientists of Socio-Ecological Systems into interdisciplinary geospatial doctoral studies and research
5. Improve involvement of UZ academic staff and doctoral candidates in geoinformation sciences into world-wide scientific community, strengthening internationalization of HEIs/RIs


Establish a doctoral programme in GISc and a joint research center;Trainings for teacher and staff, Summer school for PhD students, PhD mobilities at european partner HEIs
