Description

The Elements Digest: The University of Salzburg commits its co-operation in the form of assistance to the Co-ordinator and Editor, Mr. Morten Bergsmo, with the review of amendments to the Elements Digest. The University of Salzburg commits itself to implementing all instructions from the Co-ordinator to this end. Publicists: The University of Salzburg commits its co-operation in the form of (a) collecting documents relevant to the tool Publicists by Austrian, German and Swiss scholars (in any language) as well as on publishing houses situated in Austria, Germany and Switzerland; (b) collecting metadata and keywords for these documents; and (c) transmitting such documents, metadata and keywords to the ICC by uploading such information onto the Legal Tools Database or through such electronic means determined by the ICC; and with internal quality control of these co-operation activities. The University of Salzburg shall take the necessary steps – in consultation with the Co-ordinator – to obtain from relevant copyright holders the authorisation necessary to release through the Case Matrix and the ICC Legal Tools Database, under the latest version of the terms and conditions of use of the Legal Tools posted on the ICC Legal Tools Website, this content. --- Mitarbeit am ICC Legal Tools Project in den Bereichen: - The Elements Digest - Publicists
