Project Details
Description
The project aims to develop for the first-time business models including concrete sustainable strategies for a mobility shift in wood transport for a climate-friendly operation of local infrastructure and logistics ensuring regional cooperation and supply security empowered by a web-based mobility-shift-demonstrator. That requires research-intensive development of large-scale simulation models for training a neural network using machine learning. These provide evidence-based decision support for local stakeholders of regional wood supply chains showcasing vertical and horizontal cooperation potentials to implement concrete multimodal transport strategies in the pilot case study region North-Carinthia.
