Abstract
The article discusses the potential of discourse analysis for the study of modern literature in Russian, both in Russia and abroad. The article proposes that a discursive approach should be taken as the basis for the future elaboration of an analytical algorithm that would allow the reader to interpret components of meaning in the literary landscape as well as to establish genuine correlations between the two branches of literature situated in the metropolis and the diaspora.
