Abstract
The current issue presents interventions for conflicts based on their escalation level. We use the nine escalation levels by Glasl for differentiation. Supervision is indicated by conflicts on the levels 1-3 and mediation by conflicts on the levels 4-6. An intervention by the manager is indicated by conflicts on the steps 7-9, whereby the manager should be supported by coa-ching. Strengths and impact of the interventions depending on the escalation level will be shown. In conclusion, the basement needed for successful interventions made by the counselors as well as the companies is discussed.
